The area of lower and upper basement is 1090 sq. meter and for ground floor and first floor it is 630 sq. meter (including kitchen)+283 sq. meter (Pool Level) and 704 sq. meter respectively. Apart from this, the hotel have 3 typical guest floors and swimming pool at ground level. The total number of rooms are 51 which includes king and double rooms having average size of 23.7 sq. meter.
