  1. Program Management & Process Review

    While serving as the Program Manager or Process Reviewer, Micromount assumes the role of a single point of contact for strategic planning, monitoring, and conducting periodic reviews and reports to the owner on the factual status of the overall project schedule. Micromount identifies project timeline risks and advises the owner on corrective actions to ensure timely completion within the targeted timeframe and budget.

  2. Quality Review & Audits

    At Micromount, we uphold Total Quality Management and take responsibility for monitoring our existing developments and ongoing construction projects to ensure compliance with quality standards. In addition to conducting 1st and 2nd party audits, we are proficient in conducting on-site 3rd party audits for our clients.

    In quality audits, our team reviews project design, design basis reports, specifications, testing-commissioning reports, statutory approvals, and supporting documents. We conduct site walkthroughs and visual inspections to compile findings into comprehensive reports. We advise clients on technical aspects related to design and construction and grade the overall quality of the development.

    Our team of highly qualified engineers, under senior management supervision, reviews ongoing construction, identifies risks and defects, and recommends quality improvements where standards fall below acceptable norms.

    Objectives of Quality Audits:

    • Evaluate project processes to identify and rectify defects.
    • Provide recommendations to prevent future defects in project processes.
    • Review and report on quality standards in accordance with specifications and contract documentation.
    • - Prepare monthly audit reports summarizing observations, risks, defects, and recommendations.
    • Follow up to review compliance with recommendations and report status.
  3. Safety Review & Audits

    Micromount has implemented a structured process for conducting Safety Audits to measure compliance with safety standards, aiming for zero accidents. With our highly qualified and experienced professionals, safety is prioritized throughout the project management process. We conduct 3rd party Safety Audits for clients and integrate safety considerations into design, production, and use phases. Our safety professionals inspect sites during and after completion to ensure no safety hazards remain.

    Micromount conducts Environment, Health & Safety audits for large and complex projects. Our safety team identifies project risks and proposes mitigation plans, defining project-specific safety systems including:

    • Establishing minimum EHS standards.
    • Allocating resources for a safe working environment.
    • Implementing fall protection systems and addressing work at height issues.
    • Conducting risk assessments and outlining mitigation plans.
    • Developing safe working method statements for critical activities.
    • Managing various permits to work.
    • Conducting regular inspections to identify and correct unsafe conditions.
    • Organizing consistent awareness programs and safety meetings.
    • Implementing effective emergency evacuation systems.
